How do I place an order? TOP
You may place an order by clicking the order link on the product page. Click go to payments on shopping cart screen. Fill in your billing details if they are the same as your shipping details,click the continue button, If not then enter your shipping details and click continue. Choose your payment option. Click continue. If you choose to pay with Paypal you will be directed to Paypal to complete your payment. If you chose credit card, fill in your payment details, on our secure payment page. Click the order now button.

How do I change the quantity for a product in my shopping cart? TOP
To change the quantitiy of an item in your cart, simply change the number in the box next to the item on the shopping cart page and click recalculate.

How do I delete a product in my shopping cart? TOP
To delete an item in your cart, simply remove the number next to the product and click recalculate.

The information will show as In-Style Boutique and will appear on your statement when you are charged for your order.

Credit cards are charged when your order is processed.

Can I cancel an order? TOP
Cancellations must be made immediately. Once an order is placed, we begin processing at once. Give us a call we may be able to intercept the order on a case by case basis.

Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock? TOP
No, only in-stock items can be purchased.

Does Rock A Bye My Baby accept returns? TOP

We want all of our customers to be happy with their items. We suggest that you read all information on the product pages carefully.
 
Rock A Bye My Baby will only accept returns for the following reasons:

   1. If we shipped the wrong item
   2. If the item(s) is/are defective

Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns or exchanges without this number.

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials and contain all  accessories.  Returns are not accepted on personalized items.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

 
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and accessories.

If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Damage Policy

 All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.

When will I receive a credit for a return? TOP
Please allow 2-3 business days (M-F) to process your credit from the day that we receive products back into inventory.

When will my items ship? TOP
Items usually ship in 1-3 business days. For personalized, oversized, or diaper cakes these items usually ship between 5-10 business days. Please keep these time frames in mind when placing your order.

Why did I receive my items in different boxes? TOP
We work with several manufactures to bring you the best items possible. Because, we do some items may ship directly from the manufacturer to your door.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order? TOP
Yes, all items receive a tracking number when they ship. We will email you the tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.

Why doesn't my tracking number work? TOP
In most cases tracking numbers do not work right away. This is because the shipper has not received the package. Once the shipper takes possesion of the package your tracking number will work.
