Shipping
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 3 business days thereafter (This processing time does not apply to personalized items). Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Orders are estimated to arrive in 7-10 business days from the time the order ships.
This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.

Personalized items may take longer to ship. Shipping times will be noted on product page.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Returns

Rock A Bye My Baby will only accept returns for the following reasons:

   1. If we shipped the wrong item
   2. If the item(s) is/are defective

Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns or exchanges without this number.

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials and contain all  accessories.  Returns are not accepted on personalized items.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

 
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and accessories.

If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Damage Policy

 All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.
