  What do your throwback jerseys look like?
All the pictures on the website are reflective of our current stock. What you see is what you get.

  Where do you ship to?
We guarantee you will receive an order shipped to anywhere in world including the US, and if you don't, we will send it again. For overseas credit card orders, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. For more information on our guaranteed shipping visit our Shipping & Payments page.

  How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit card, money orders, checks and cashiers checks Payable To: "PPW Corp." If sending a money order please send via registered mail so that it is insured and delivery can be confirmed. We can not be held responsible for cash orders that are lost in the mail, so please, use check or money order. For more details visit our Shipping & Payments page.

  It doesn't accept my credit card. How do I order with my credit card ?
From time to time some of our customers experience difficulty in purchasing through the payment gateway. For full instructions on how to order through this service, simply visit our Shipping & Payments page. If you are still having problems please contact us via email and we will be happy to arrange alternate payment options.

  Is your site secure?
Yes it is. We use Secure Payment Gateway service. You are directed to the site to complete you transaction safely. By conducting our transactions in this manner you are assured to be protected from anyone else seeing your personal or credit information.

  Can I order by phone?
At this time we are only taking orders online and via email at [email protected]

  If I send a money order, how will I know my order made it to you?
We suggest sending your order using a method which provides you with a tracking number. We receive very few reports of orders actually becoming lost, although we do get some orders which take an unusually long time to arrive. If you send through UPS or Fed-Ex Worldwide, you can track your package online. Upon receipt and processing of your order, we send an order confirmation by email, which includes your order tracking number.

  What is your best product?
We do not typically recommend any one product over another. Some customers like some of our products while others like different ones. Most of our customers order one of each and pick the one they like best. We do not offer any products for sale until we have thoroughly examined to insure a high quality product.

  How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?
It will show up in US dollars as "AmerValu" .

  How is my order shipped?
All items are shipped in their original boxes. We mail all orders via UPS or international express courier through which we guarantee delivery to all states and countries.

  What countries do you ship to?
We ship to every country.

  How long does it take to receive an order?
As we ship all orders via UPS or international express courier, it generally it takes about five-seven business days to receive your order once we have shipped. Money orders take the same amount of time, starting from when we receive the order.

  How long does it take to receive a customized order?
While most products are available immediately, some items take 1-2 weeks to customize and ship your order. At most times items can be requested for 1 week rush processing.

  Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?
We do offer discounts for multiple orders, please contact us either by telephone or email and request to speak to a wholesale consultant. For easier service you may also fill out our Wholesale Request Form.
